Terms of Service

By using schottclassic.com you agree to these Terms. The site is operated by St. Antoninus Athletic Club, a 501(c)(3) organization, in support of the Schott Classic wiffle ball tournament. The site is available in the United States only.

To register a team you must be at least 18 years old. Junior Schott Classic registrations for players under 18 must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the player’s behalf.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information.
• You must keep your account credentials secure and not share sign-in links.
• You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to send spam or harass other participants.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe were created fraudulently.

Registration is final once payment is processed. Refunds are issued at the tournament organizers’ discretion in cases of cancellation by the event, documented player injury, or other circumstances reviewed individually. Email schottclassic@gmail.com with refund requests. Square processes all payments and is subject to its own terms.

All players, captains, coaches, and spectators must follow the published Tournament Rules and the on-site decisions of umpires and tournament staff. Participants must sign the participant waiver before taking the field. Wiffle ball is a physical activity and you participate at your own risk.

The Schott Classic name, logos, and branding are the property of St. Antoninus Athletic Club. Photos, videos, brackets, scores, and other content posted to the site may be reused for personal and non-commercial purposes with attribution. Any commercial use requires written permission.

Roster information, team logos, sponsor materials, and other content you submit remain yours. By submitting them, you grant St. Antoninus Athletic Club a non-exclusive license to display them on the site and in tournament communications (email, program, social media) for the duration of the tournament cycle. Don’t submit anything you don’t have the right to share.

The site is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep scores, brackets, and schedules accurate and up to date, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-freeness. The on-field call by tournament staff is the authoritative result; the site is informational.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, St. Antoninus Athletic Club, its volunteers, sponsors, and the tournament organizers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the registration fees you paid for the current tournament.

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
